I was never into spicy things before… but I was gifted a mild Mama Teav’s Hot Garlic last year, and have been purchasing since. It never disappoints when added to my eggs in the morning. And definitely adds flavor to many other things I eat! LOVE the history, the family, and the product. Thank you for this. You have popped my spicy cherry forever.

Everyone in my family loves this chili crisp; we put it on everything and go through it ridiculously fast. I would buy a gallon jar if I could. My kids have convinced me that the mild is better than the original but I still happily eat both.

There is something about Mama Teav's that keeps me coming back for more even though I have to order it from across the country. I love the crispiness, the garlicky-ness, the spicy umami flavor—everything about it. I have other chili crisps in my cupboard but if there isn't any Mama Teav's then the cupboard is bare. I also love the family story, the little cameos of different family members, and its handcrafted nature. I don't know how you do it, but it's terrific!

I received original, not Mild.
So I’m giving you one star.
Your chili oil is the best, but it’s the mild I can use everyday, not original.
A little spicy for everyday use.
I opened and tried today before my rating and it was too spicy.
I’ll continue to use mild, but will probably purchase through Amazon for free shipping.
Please make large mild available to Amazon.
