We made this one with our friends at Oaktown Spice Shop to celebrate their 15th anniversary. We took their best-selling Better Than Everything Bagel Spice and built our Hot Garlic chili crisp around it.
It’s crunchy and garlicky with a little heat, plus black pepper, rosemary, fennel and dill seed in every bite. Try it on a fried egg, a bagel with cream cheese, or tossed with pasta.
Shelf-stable. No need to refrigerate.
