Steps:
- Combine chopped celery, onion, capers, pistachio, drained tuna, and mayo for the tuna mix and stir as needed to ensure thorough distribution.
- Adjust with pepper and salt for taste.
- On the stove, set your sautéed pan on medium high and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Panfry your sliced bread until golden brown on one side only
- Remove sliced bread from the pan and assemble cheese and tuna mix onto the side that was grilled.
- Place each assembled sandwich back onto the pan until the outer sides are brown, 2-3 minutes.
- Press onto the sandwich as needed with a spatula to ensure the cheese melts.
- Remove from pan and cut up the sandwiches in halves. Enjoy warm!
