Citrus Salad with Chili Crisp

Ingredients

- 3 small to medium assorted citrus
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 small handful of chopped pistachios
- 8 to 12 mint leaves, roughly torn
- Mama Teav’s Hot Garlic Chili Crisp
- Extra virgin olive oil 
- Flaky salt 

Steps:

  1. With a paring knife, peel your oranges and slice widthwise into ¼-½ inch slices.
  2. On a plate, arrange your citrus and sprinkle with flaky salt.
  3. Juice the citrus from the leftover peels and add a drizzle of EVOO to create a quick dressing. Drizzle over plated citrus. 
  4. Top off with crumbled feta, pistachios and torn mint leaves all around the plate.
  5. Finish off with hot garlic.
