Honey Garlic Chili Crisp Salmon
Salmon is one of those proteins that feels like a full dinner without demanding much effort. A few ingredients, a hot oven, and you're usually most of the way there. The challenge is avoiding the cycle of the same lemon-and-herb routine over and over again, especially when you want something with a little more depth.
This version leans into sweet heat with Mama Teav’s Hot Garlic Chili Crisp doing most of the work. The honey caramelizes as the salmon bakes, while the crunchy garlic and chilies create a rich glaze with a little texture built right in. It feels more put together than a quick weeknight meal, but it still comes together without much planning.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Mama Teav’s Hot Garlic Chili Crisp
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Green onions or sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet or baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, stir together Mama Teav’s Hot Garlic Chili Crisp, honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
- Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and spoon the chili crisp mixture evenly over the tops.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired and serve immediately.
The honey softens the heat just enough while letting the garlic and savory notes come through. Paired with rice or our simple and delicious Snap Pea Salad, it lands somewhere between easy weeknight dinner and something you'd order on purpose.
