Honey Stracciatella Hot Garlic Dip
Ingredients:
8oz straccitella
4oz pancetta
¼ cup honey
1 tbsp Mama Teav’s OG Hot Garlic
1 tbsp gochugaru
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tsp black vinegar
½ tbsp sesame seeds
1 frozen whole peach
Chives for garnish
Steps:

In a saucepan, add your pancetta and cook until crisp. Remove and transfer to a paper towel lined plate to absorb excess oil

In the same pan, add your honey, Hot Garlic, gochugaru, black vinegar and sesame seeds on medium low. Constantly stir to avoid burning until slightly thick and barely simmering.

In a separate bowl or plate, add the stracciatella and cover a majority of the surface.

Drizzle the hot honey mixture over and top off with crispy pancetta.

Microplane the frozen peach over right before serving and finish off with the zest of a lemon and finely chopped chives.
