Steps:
- Preheat oven to 250°F.
- Combine all dry cereal and chips in an oversized bowl. Make sure it is large enough to toss thoroughly.
- In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter.
- Add corn syrup, sugar, oil, and soy sauce. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
- Remove from heat and whisk in Hot Garlic.
- Drizzle half the sauce over the cereal mixture. Sprinkle with half the furikake and toss well.
- Repeat with remaining sauce and furikake.
- Spread evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour, tossing every 15 minutes to ensure even coating.
- Let cool completely before serving. Crunch intensifies as it cools.
